Join the AIPF Trademark Committee for their first virtual roundtable of 2017 as they discuss the following live via webcam!

• Types of non-distinctiveness refusals that can arise in trademark cases (such as mere descriptiveness, generic-ness, geographic and surname refusals)
• Options for obtaining registration in the face of refusals
