This year’s theme is Leveraging the Boutique IP Firm's Sweet Spot to Maximize Sustainability and Minimize Risk. The boutique firm offers many interesting characteristics and benefits that general practice firms cannot match. At the same time, there are business conditions and requirements that will challenge a boutique firm and favor the GP firm. Playing in that sweet spot is important and an ever-moving target.
