  CANCELLATION POLICY

  Full refunds will be issued only if a cancellation is received in writing by Friday, August 14, 2026: Cancellations received after that date will be subject to a service charge of $75.00 USD. No refunds will be issued for program cancellations requested after 12:00 Noon EST on Wednesday, September 09, 2026. Send cancellation notices by e-mail to admin@aipf.com.

  For hotel reservations, please contact Doubletree by Hilton Toronto Downtown: All reservations must be made individually through the hotel's Reservation Department online through this LINK or by calling 416-977-5000. *You must mention the AIPF 2026 Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate of $299.00 USD per night (excluding taxes and resort fee).
