NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

TO THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FIRMS:

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the in-person 2020 Annual Meeting of the Association of Intellectual Property Firms has been cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. The association will host a short online meeting and election for the 2020-2021 Board Members on Thursday, September 24, beginning at 4:00 PM (ET) for the following purposes:

  1. To hear the reports of the President, Officers and the Committee Chairpersons concerning the activities of the Association during the year;
  2. To elect the Board of Directors; and
  3. To transact such other business as may arise during the meeting.  

The meeting and election will be followed by a Board of Directors Meeting.

Firm Representatives are urged to attend the election online or by proxy. Please sign the enclosed Proxy and return it promptly to admin@aipf.com. If you attend the online election, the Proxy can be rescinded for a direct vote. However, we urge that it be filled in at this time to assure our ability to transact business.

In accordance with our bylaws, a list of nominations made by the Nominating Committee to be voted on is also enclosed.

Please be sure to return the enclosed Proxy by Thursday, September 17, 2020. You may either e-mail a PDF copy to admin@aipf.com or fax it to 1.201.461.6635.
