  On November 20, 2024, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) published a final rule adjusting existing patent fees across the board and introducing new fee schedules for continuing applications, information disclosure statements and other application submissions. This rule went into effect on January 19, 2025. Join us on February 27, 2025 for an informative webinar where we will explore some of the USPTO’s most significant fee changes and the implications these changes will have on prosecution practice and strategies moving forward.
