Special Firm Discounts
Bring your colleagues and save on registration fees.
If two attorneys register from the same firm at the full registration rate, the second attendee receives 20% off.
Third and subsequent attendees from the same firm receive 30% off the full registration rate.
Discounts may be combined. To check whether your firm qualifies, please contact admin@aipf.com after registration and before payment.

AIPF has secured a discounted room rate of $299 USD per night, excluding taxes and resort fee.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued only if a cancellation is received in writing by Friday, August 14, 2026. Cancellations received after that date will be subject to a service charge of $75 USD. No refunds will be issued for program cancellations requested after 12:00 Noon EST on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. Cancellation notices should be sent by email to admin@aipf.com .
