This is an interesting topic.  While the WFH revolution, that perhaps for some was forced upon us, has shown that many staff can be productive and effective at home, it has also demonstrated that some activities within our firm could be performed by others (based anywhere).  My sense is that we will see a greater devolution of some of our practices over the coming 1-2 years.  Do you agree?
